The Ohio State Highway Patrol will notissue tickets to drivers whose licenses recently expired or expire while BMV’s services are unavailable. Governor DeWine has recommended that other law enforcement agencies in Ohio do the same.

A number of other state registry/licensing agencies also are suspending operations and license issuance. Ohio BMV will be in communication with law enforcement in other states regarding driver license expiration enforcement. Discussions have begun with bordering states.

The Ohio Department of Insurance notified all insurers that, effective immediately, they must not cancel, non-renew, or refuse to issue a policy of automobile insurance, or deny a claim solely because the driver license of a named insured or other covered family member has expired since Governor DeWine’s March 9, 2020, declaration of emergency.

Individuals who recently purchased a vehicle at a dealership may obtain a temporary tag at that time, if available. If the dealership does not sell temporary tags or the vehicle was purchased through a casual sale (person to person), customers can purchase a temporary tag through BMV Online Services: www.oplates.com. Customers will need to upload a copy of their driver license or ID, the front and back of the title (notarized to the buyer), or the bill of vehicle registration; the 90-day temporary tag will be mailed to the address registered to the vehicle.

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has granted a six month extension on e-checks for all vehicles that require an e-check from February 1, 2020, through July 31, 2020. Ohio BMV is providing an automatic extension so that motorists can renew their vehicle’s registration without a passing e–check certificate. Customers have the ability to complete an online www.oplates.com, mail-in, or IVR registration renewal without being prompted for an E-Check certification. Go to ohioecheck.orgfor updates and information.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has announced that they will accept licenses that have expired since March 1, 2020, as valid for airline travel.

The United States Department of Homeland Security extended the REAL ID deadline one year to October 1, 2021.

Ohioans are only required to have their driver license or state ID number to apply for unemployment.  For additional identification information related to unemployment, click here.

Individuals can reach out to the BMV directly by calling 844-644-6268.

BMV reopens exam stations with restrictions

XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) — Ohio’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles offices began offering driver’s tests again after the coronavirus pandemic shutdown. The first Miami Valley testing site reopened in Xenia on Tuesday with new guidelines.

“I had no idea what I was supposed to be expecting coming in here so I was pretty nervous,” said Gwen Mayo, a student driver.

Mayo was originally scheduled to take her test the day the BMV closed in mid-March.

“It was heartbreaking. I’m almost 19 so I’ve been waiting for a long time. It was pretty disappointing but of course, I understood,” she said.

The shutdown left her and thousands of others waiting months to take their tests.

“We do about 40,000 of these skills test a month so if you figure we were closed for roughly three months it gives you a sense of what the backlog is,” said Charlie Norman, the state registrar of motor vehicles.

Norman says people can expect big changes when they come for their test.

“The skills test is now on a closed course in our parking lot. We had to alter our parking lots, which are our driver exam stations so that took quite a bit of time we had to really create the protocols and testing measure and then train over 200 examiners on the new protocols,” he said.

The biggest change is that the examiners will grade the test from outside of the car. Instead of a BMV examiner, each testee must now have a licensed driver in the car with them.

“I’d be less stressed out with an actual instructor in the car rather than my mom because obviously she’s nervous for me and two nervous people doesn’t really help,” said Mayo.

Mayo said the changes to the testing format were a big adjustment.

“I passed the driving but I failed the maneuverability just because my nerves were all kind of out of whack,” she said.

10 Places in OHIO You Should NEVER Move To

He became the first man in her life, and will remain in her memory forever. From the first seconds, he showed her the firm power of a man, a master who takes what he likes, rightfully strong, and after. A short resistance, she took it for granted. And when, after a short break, the indefatigable guys offered to hold another circle, no one had the strength to object.

Max arranged a mind-blowing crash test for Zarina's anal.

She lay with wide eyes, full of passion and happiness. I slowly lowered myself onto it. - Not hard. - No, good: After lying like this for maybe a minute, maybe two, I fell on my side next to her, and pulled myself.
