Dr. Cox was born in in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was raised in Somerset, Kentucky from the age of He graduated the University of Kentucky with a degree in microbiology in , then attended medical residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. It was in Tampa that he met and married his wife, Beth, in He began practice in Livingston, TN in July and has remained there since that date. He and Beth have been blessed with two boys, David and Daniel.

Dr. Langenberg received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Biomedical Engineering. He completed both medical school and residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He graduated from medical school with highest honors and was selected to the Alpha Omega medical honor society. After residency he was selected to serve as Internal Medicine chief resident. He is board certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Mark is a member of the Fist Baptist Church in Livingston, where he serves as a deacon and Sunday school teacher.
