    C4 attended Baltimore City public schools, graduating from Baltimore Polytechnic institute at age Though he was accepted to Harvard, C4 instead chose to stay close to his family by attending the University of Maryland, College Park. He would later attend the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and Morgan State University.

    In , C4 was elected to the Maryland state Senate to represent the same legislative district that his father, Sen. Clarence M. Mitchell III, represented for 20 years. Because of his family’s political tradition, his politics are often difficult to define. C4 positions himself as an independent and when you listen to his program, it’s clear that he is person of conviction who does not see things from just one perspective. Whether you agree or disagree with his opinions, C4 invites you to think and to always be part of the conversation.

    Bryan Nehman hosts WBAL News Now with Bryan Nehman weekday mornings on WBAL NewsRadio and FM from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. 

    Born in Washington, D.C., Bryan grew up in Crofton, MD, attended Arundel High School and is a graduate of the University of Maryland. His radio career began with an internship for the Bowie Baysox, which helped him secure his first full-time opportunity handling news at WNAV in Annapolis.  He has also served as the public address announcer for Navy Basketball and sideline reporter for Navy Football.

    In , Bryan landed a job in Washington, D.C., on WMAL Radio as a news reporter and soon was promoted to morning drive anchor. While at WMAL, Bryan reported live from the Pentagon on 9/11, was on the scene of the sniper shootings, and traveled to Atlanta to report on the University of Maryland's men’s basketball national championship. In , Bryan was named co-host of Mornings on the Mall on WMAL which soon turned into the Brian and Bryan Show, with former FOX TV anchor, Brian Wilson. In October of Bryan joined the WBAL NewsRadio team, where he continues to deliver news to the region.

    Throughout his career, Bryan has won numerous awards for reporting/anchoring, including several Edward R. Murrow awards.  Bryan’s philanthropic efforts include hosting the Corporate Plunge during the annual Special Olympics of Maryland Polar Bear Plunge; fundraising for the Fisher House Foundation; and volunteering for the Maryland Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
