ZERO respect for patient privacy and patient rights. Yelling out your full name, demanding to know date of birth at the top of their lungs. And even if you ask politely for them to not yell out your personal information, they look at you like you're being ridiculous. Ironic, since I worked at Kaiser as a contractor once and they purport to take personal data confidentiality seriously, but at the patient level there is not only NO respect for your privacy, but no respect for the LAW that says it's confidential. I have had good experiences at other Kaiser facilities, but at Foothill -- it was a completely disrespectful and dehumanizing experience from start to finish.

Dr. Jack O'Brien is a Board Certified Family Medicine doctor currently residing in West Hollywood California, and working out of Pacific Oaks Medical Group in Beverly Hills. Dr. Jack O'Brien is a Board Certified Family Medicine doctor currently residing in West Hollywood California, and working out of Pacific Oaks Medical Group in Beverly Hills. Dr. O'Brien is a graduate of Bayonne Medical Centers first Family Medicine residency program in 2019. He is also a 2010 Alumni of Binghamton University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude majoring in Spanish and Psychology. While at Binghamton University, he competed and won competions for the Bearcats Gymnastics club, where he also served as the club President.
