I have tried to contact customer service for an authorized return label and the support service email is NO GOOD. There is no phone number to contact. My order was wrong. One the wrong size, one the wrong color, and finally the material is really cheap. Not what is described on the website. If I can't contact anyone I have lost money. No service!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IT IS A SCAM. Ordered 4 suits, only received after 6 weeks only two of them. H O R R I B L E Cheap, terrible quality. They don't look at all like the pictures they have at the web page, and I am still missing two more, which I wrote to their contact, to ask them to return me the money and stop the delivery. But of course, the email bounced... I checked after this their address by Google and it is a parking lot. An expensive course of what to do next time I buy by internet to avoid scam!

If it was possible to give less than 1 star to this company I would. Ordered two outfits - eventually received one - which (as others have said) was in a dreadful, cheap fabric, not at all as described, and not sized correctly. When the charge showed on my statement it was for an Asian company, although up til then the company had advertised itself as British. Total scam 🤬🤬🤬

I was completely scammed by this company. I ordered a suit and it arrived looking nothing like the advert, was very poorly made and terrible material. I have tried to contact the company using their support email address but the email comes back as the address is not recognised. Do not use!!
