Very disappointing experience. Ive been here two years, and my rent has gone up $ a year since I moved in. I called to complain about the recent rent increase ($60), and when I told them they are pricing me out of my home, she said she understands, but cant do anything about it, which is the same thing as I know, and I just dont care in my eyes.I asked for a call back from Meredith - the VP of the company - but apparently shes too busy to have a conversation with me, because its been a week now, and no call back. I hope she finds some time soon, because Id really like to discuss the man that moved in recently who keeps peeing outside where we can all see himThis complex is falling apart, and while they recognize its falling apart, NOTHING is being done to fix it (The stucco on the side of the building is falling off the building because of a bad paint job that was done well before you moved in is what I was told by an employee of Mission Rockthats over 2 years now that its been falling apart, and they havent yet done anything about it.)The onsite staff they boast about under the amenities section of the apartment website are only here a few days a week -- the manager is only here about days a month, and the maintenance guy is here 5 - 7 days a month, because they have them split between this complex and another. They also have this RIDICULOUS 60 days notice to move out clause (meaning, we have to give a 60 day notice to move out), stating that other apartment complexes in the area are going to 60 days notices so thats why they decided to do it here. The only other complex not run by Mission Rock that I could find that had this policy, also has terrible reviews online. I dont think you should be modeling your business after other failing businessesbut thats just my opinion.

I miss working for Mission Rock
Leasing Consultant (Former Employee) - Plano, TX - October 30,
After working at 2 different properties since my year with Mission Rock, I can definitely say I have grown an appreciation for how we were all treated. I left because I relocated to a city an hour away. Health insurance, renewal bonuses, and the ability to move on site, all started after 30 days. Vacation time and sick time started immediately. I got paid for all sick time and vacation time I accumulated on my final paycheck after I left. I was even able to use sick time and vacation time after I put in my 2 week notice. The property was built in , but you'd never know it because it was highly renovated. Mission Rock wasn't afraid to put the money into the property to make sure it was perfect. I was able to be proud of the apartments I leased. My apartment I lived in looked brand new. The training was good, and I still to this day used things I learned from the training at Mission Rock.
We could have as much overtime as we wanted. If someone came in at pm and you showed them an apartment and stayed until pm, you could and they wouldn't even bat an eye. In fact, they wanted to pay that overtime so you could get that lease. Mission Rock was realistic when it came to prices for apartments. They valued getting the apartments leased at lower affordable prices instead of sitting vacant and losing money. Residents got good value for their money. I'm currently making $ more an hour than I did there. My pay was low, but I had no experience when I started there.
I've since worked at 2 properties, one that didn't pay out sick time you earned after you left, and you -

From these exciting touches Andrei almost finished himself. Gradually getting more and more excited, he began to accelerate his movements and did not notice how Sergei himself began to move his hips towards his movements. Suddenly, he grabbed Andrei's head with both hands, crushed him under him and piled on top.
Without removing his penis, he accelerated the movements with his hips, and drove the penis deeper into Andrei's mouth so that he buried his nose in Sergeis stomach and.Mission Alive! Tony 2
Rush to the White Stone. Voldemar probably noticed the confusion on my face and asked: -What's wrong with you, my silver friend. -Volechka, you know, I had to go to Moscow today, or rather now.

Be closed. When the girl's health improves, the fluid administration should be continued. In no case should you heed the pleas of a teenager to stop the procedure, halfway, and not introduce all the prepared liquid. Otherwise, the intestines will not be able to rinse the entire length and cleanse to the end.
