The most useful review selected by IndeedAs a fulfillment specialist, the duties are very hand/eye coordinated, various size items by the hundreds need to be placed on the company label cards according to the instructions on the orders. Some outlets needed price plus its id#. One finds the quickest way to place the information on the back of the cards, before attaching the product, making sure the count is correct. Each product requires a different amount of hand strength. Verify the count, any extra is bagged and tagged for the amount leftover and goes back to stock, any damaged are bagged to go back to the front office for charge-back. There is/was a disconnect between mid-level management and top/front office management.
Pros
There are the doers who willingly show you how its done and the reason for it.

Then there are some who let you know they can walk on water.
