Sound Realizer: 3 settings, level 1/level 2/ level 3. Says it virtually makes the sound more realistic. Huh?

Stage EQ: 3 settings, low/middle/high. Says it virtually adjusts the sound position heard from the speakers. Isn't that what the fader does?

Drive EQ: Boosts the frequency to reduce noise heard from outside the vehicle. What?

X' Over: Several settings here. Tweeter/FRQ/Gain
Front HPF.
FRQ/Slope/Gain.
Rear HPF.
FRQ/Slope/Gain
Subwoofer LPF
FRQ/SLOPE/PHASE/GAIN

Clueless on the HPF stuff and the subwoofer LF stuff.

Q Factor - No idea - change it between the three and see if it sounds better in any one - if not leave at default
Sound Effect - Changes the timing of the signal to various speakers to simulate venues - like stadium, club, etc. Leave this OFF
Sound reconstruction - recreates the 1s and 0s lost wen you compress your music into digital files (MP3s, etc.). Only use this if you are using low bitrate digital music files
Space enhance. Increases or compresses dynamic range (how much difference in volume your ears hear between high and low frequencies) based on setting - choose the one that sounds best to your earsregardless of if you think it should be small or large.
Sound realizer - sounds like an artificial spacial compensation program for compromised spaces. After you have the rest of the items set, you can play with this, but guessing OFF is the right setting
Stage EQ - modifies where the signal is sentdifference frequencies sent to different speakers to give the illusion that the front stage (where the sound is originating) sounds like it is coming from in front of you, around you, or behind you. Adjust to whatever effect you like best
Drive EQ - almost sounds like speed compensated sound. Not sure what effect this might have in a Jeep. Try it, but don't feel bad if you think OFF sounds best.

The crossover stuff
Front HPF means front high pass filter - means frequencies below certain frequency will be blocked from being produced by the front speakers.
FRQ/Slope/gain - Not sure, but this would be used if you ENABLE Front HPF
Rear HPF - Same thing as Front HPF but for rear speakers - Do not use.
FRQ/Slope/gain - Not sure, but this would be used if you ENABLE Rear HPF
Subwoofer LPF - LPF means Low pass filter. - means frequencies ABOVE certain frequencies will be blocked from being produced by the subwoofer

The items above - big caveat here as to how you have your subwoofer connected to the head unit. If you are using the stock wiring and a Crutchfield harness for the head unit, you do not have the sub playing through the head units sub channel, it is all mixed in with the other 4 speakers on the front and rear. If this is the case DO NOT use HPF or LPF or any of those settings.

However, if you have your sub connected to your head unit plugged into the back on the subwoofer input of the headunit. Then you can use these. Set the Front HPF and Rear HPF to hz (as the front and rear speakers cannot produce accurately any sounds below this (deep bass sounds). And set the subwoofer LPF to 80hz. As it should not be trying to play any sounds above or they can be localized. You want that overlap between 80 and hz that I included otherwise you will be able to perceive the cutoffs (you will have a small null at 80hz). You can also try a hz HPF and hz LPF as that will give you the impression of MORE bassbut not sure it will sound better or worse overall
