Denton PD Launches Text Updates for 911 Callers
from Denton Police Department · 24 Nov
911 callers reporting certain incident types are now receiving text updates from the Denton Police Department.
Powered by the SPIDR Tech platform, text messages will be automatically sent in English and Spanish when certain incidents are reported by mobile phone to 911, such as a barking dog or a theft. An additional notification may occur if there is a delay in dispatching an officer. In the interest of public safety, various call types requiring an immediate public safety response for health and well-being – such as 911 hang-ups, sexual assaults, and domestic disturbances – will not trigger a notification.
Based on call type, the platform will also send a follow-up notification to crime victims to ensure they have important case reference information. Features may be expanded in the future to keep residents informed.
At a time when it's crucial to engage with the community, SPIDR Tech will also help enhance the services provided by Denton PD, Animal Services, and Public Safety Communications. After the initial response has concluded, callers will receive a short, mobile-friendly survey that asks questions about overall satisfaction, timeliness of the response, and more. Survey responses will generate insights that can be applied to day-to-day decision making in near real time.
“SPIDR Tech has given Animal Services the opportunity to strengthen our customer service by allowing our community to provide us with critical feedback on our performance,” Randi Weinberg, Animal Services manager, said. “We are able to bridge the communication gap and build a more personal connection with the community.”
“I am excited about the implementation of SPIDR Tech and how it will enhance our ability to better connect and receive feedback from our community,” Chief of Police Frank Dixon said. “The Denton Police Department remains committed to reviewing and improving how we connect with the community and how we can better work together to keep our community safe.”

Welcome to the Denton County Sheriff’s Office website. Our goal is to provide citizens and visitors with quick and easy access to information about this office, the departments within the Sheriff’s Office, and the Denton County Jail.
Sheriff Tracy Murphree
The office of Sheriff is constitutionally created office with responsibilities prescribed by the legislature (Tex. Const. Art. V section 23). The sheriff is the chief law enforcement officer for the county and is responsible for:
- Operating the county jails
- Investigating crimes
- Making arrests
- Enforcing traffic regulations on county roads
- Serving writs
- Seizing property after judgment
- Maintaining communications with other law enforcement organizations
Jurisdiction & Staff
The sheriff has countywide jurisdiction; however, most sheriffs’ departments concentrate their activities outside city limits where municipal officers cannot operate. Like all county department heads, the sheriff appoints his own personnel and in large counties may have a substantial staff and budget. The sheriff is elected every four years and is responsible for security in both the county and district courts.
Bail Bond Policy
The sheriff also sets bail bond policy for the county except where there is a Bail Bond Board which establishes the rules and regulations for making bail by bondsmen.

I crept into the room, fearing that I would wake him up. She stood by the bed, inhaling the breathtaking smell of sex, which simply hovered in the room: It was noticeable that he had a hard-on. And from this it ached in the lower abdomen. I tried to see him through the sheet.

Had already fucked her twice, and is now fucking her finger in the ass, it was unthinkable to contradict. Squeezing someone else's machine with her hand, it seemed to her not too big a price to pay for the release, and it even became a little amusing. Alena saw only her husband's penis in reality, and in childhood with the boys, and even then until the eighth grade, but these were pipettes, even.
In comparison with her husband's. As a decent woman, she should have refused him, but in her heart she wanted to justify her curiosity by compulsion.
