I hardly ever write a bad review on a product especially when I see 5 stars across the board from people here, good for them. August of 2017, we bought a Winston slipcover sofa with a matching chaise. This was exciting for me until the set was delivered. The workmanship on the slipcover on the chaise, was so horrible it had to be replaced and the replacement was just as bad. All end corners looked short on materials, an added one inch of material would have helped, just an inch!!! And the fabric came at an extra cost. The bench cushion on the sofa sagged after 4 months and was replaced but 4 months later, the same problematic issue. We were told it needed daily fluffing and we should not sit on the same side all the time. Didn't realize we have to work hard to find comfort at a very high price. I suggest staying away from choosing the Winston set, you will be very disappointed and it really was not worth the price. Furniture for Life is Country Willows motto, I don't expect anything to last forever but 4 months??? We were invited to return the set and to choose something else but we will have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee of a $6,130.00 set and pay extra for delivery to NJ. We already paid $500.00 to have this delivered to our home when we first ordered it. This is a mistake it will take time for me to recover from. Very disappointing.

I have always been happy with the quality and customer service at country willow. Most recently , we took advantage of their design services to help arrange our boys' bedroom. Patty was so extremely thoughtful, patient and professional. I highly recommend them

When I started looking for furniture I never realized how hard it was to find both quality, affordability, and the style I was looking for and then one day I stumbled across Country Willow. When I first walked in the door I was amazed by the beautiful showroom, then I started looking at the prices and they were very reasonable! The furniture was very solid and on top of all of that they off complimentary design services! I could not be happier with my purchases! Pretty soon I will be looking to do window treatments which they are also going to help me with.

I was searching for a store who builds farmtables and I found a gem of a store! Not only does Country Willow build custom farmtables but they can craft almost anything you are looking for. The store is beautiful, filled with furniture for
every room in your house. Plus the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their products and they are non commissioned, so you feel a warm welcome from all of the sales help!
A must......you can't miss!

I think we tried everywhere and was feeling very overwhelmed. I needed furniture for our kids, the dining and family room. The designers are great – very friendly (and non-commissioned so not pushy). It all went together fast. We got a barn wood farm table in a custom size, chairs with a custom color and a cherry buffet. For the family room a slipcover sectional and chairs. Some accent tables, lighting and other stuff. They also made us an entertainment center, a custom piece out of old pine. The prices were not really custom... they were very normal and I did shop around. For the kids rooms we got bunks, captains beds, dressers and desks. My home looks like something out of a magazine. I am so glad I went to Country Willow. Hope this info helps.
